holzcloud

Self-built. Self-run. Self-hosted. No subscriptions.

Software you actually own: a cluster manager, a CMS, a terminal for every screen and a menu bar manager for macOS. All of it open source. The cluster manager and the CMS run on a Kubernetes cluster that stands at home.

All projects are at the very beginning. Because development is at such an early stage, many breaking changes are still to come: features, settings and data formats can change from one release to the next.

holzkube-manager

Cluster management

Run Kubernetes on Talos without knowing talosctl by heart — from bare metal to the wall display in the office. One binary, runs even on a Raspberry Pi.

Terminal for every screen

A terminal emulator written from scratch in Rust: macOS, Windows and Linux today, iOS and Android planned. Tiled panes, tabs and workspaces, SSH, file previews and an AI chat that asks first and, on a Mac with Apple Intelligence, runs completely offline. Beta: packages for all three systems are out (0.0.1-beta1), tested by the author.
