Werkli, Balio and Brixx cover the path from quote through report to QR invoice. hauscloud starts there and stops later: maintenance contracts, dunning runs, VAT returns and post-costing are part of it — in one program instead of four that do not know each other.
The path runs through and nobody types anything twice: a lead becomes a quote with a schedule of works, the customer accepts it online, that becomes an order, that becomes dispatched jobs, those become reports from the field, those become the QR invoice. At the end the post-costing settles back against the quote.

QR invoice to ISO 20022 and eBill export. It does not stop there: the bank file camt.053/054 reconciles the open items by itself. The quoting tools print the QR code — here it is also booked afterwards. Dunning in three stages with fee and interest, as one run across every overdue invoice.
Service
Maintenance contracts with a maintenance run and automatic invoicing, plus devices, sites and protocols. The part you otherwise move a price class up to Abacus or Sorba for.
Four languages
German, French, Italian and English, set per person. The Swiss competitors serve the German-speaking part; the Romandie and Ticino are about a third of the country.
